US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, met in Abu Dhabi with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed.
The Minister and Bin Zayed stressed the importance of ending the conflict in Sudan and preventing further widespread harm among civilians, affirmed their shared vision for a safer and more prosperous region, and stressed the importance of the strategic partnership between the United States and the United Arab Emirates , according to State Department Spokesman, Matthew Miller.
The Minister also stressed the importance of urgently responding to humanitarian needs in Gaza, and thanked the United Arab Emirates for its extensive contributions in providing humanitarian aid to civilians.
