Expert: RSF militia continues to make life difficult for the Sudanese people
Sudan Events – Nahed
The economist accused Dr. Adel Abdel Aziz, the Rapid Support Militia in causing the interruption of communications and Internet networks in Sudan. He said that the terrorist rebel militia continues to harass the Sudanese people.
The following step comes in the category of making life more difficult and causing more suffering for the Sudanese people, considering the interruption of communications and the Internet a clear violation of the basic human rights it stipulates. International conventions are underestimated. He noted in a statement to (Sudan Events) that the interruption of communications and the Internet in Sudan has economic, social, military, and international relations. He said that many economic activities have now become dependent on communications networks and the Internet through various banking applications, banking operations, and air travel reservation operations. Works related to passports, immigration, nationality, identification papers, and communication between various government institutions, which are carried out via video congress and messages via the Internet. He added that all of these sectors and activities are affected by the interruption of the Internet, and all of these sectors incur great losses as these networks stop day after day. Dr. Adel pointed out that Sudanese families rely on exchanging information and messages inside and outside Sudan, exchanging benefits, and bank transfers via Internet networks, and the constant interruption has a major impact. Below are military actions. He said that military operations depend on the Internet for its effects on other groups, as the army disseminates information about operations. Which leads to demoralizing the rebels, and exchanging information leads to improving performance, knowing that the Sudanese army has specialized networks and they are now working efficiently. Regarding the impact of international relations, Abdel Aziz pointed out that the Internet networks and submarine cables that pass through Port Sudan to the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean lead to linking communications and networks with neighboring countries in Chad, Ethiopia, and Egypt. Any interruption in networks affects communication with these countries, and there is an international impact of this intentional interruption.
