Egyptian Coach Urged to Hospital

Hossam Hassan, the new coach of the Egyptian national team, was discharged from the hospital after suffering a sudden health crisis, and went to watch a match in the Egyptian Premier League, on Tuesday.
Hossam, his twin Ibrahim, the director of the Egyptian national team, and the rest of the technical staff attended the Ismaily match against Zamalek in the Premier League, on Monday evening, before Hossam suffered a health crisis and was transferred to the hospital to undergo treatment, while he was discharged at dawn on Tuesday.
Hossam, the all-time top scorer in Egyptian football, went with the rest of the technical staff to watch Ceramica’s match with El Gouna in Cairo to continue following the players and choosing the Egyptian national team squad.
Hossam is honored by club officials whenever he goes to watch any local match, and today he was on a date with a celebration from Ceramica, and he received a shirt bearing his name and the famous number 9, while Ibrahim’s share was a similar shirt with the number 2 on it.
Hossam has an amazing record as a player, and won the African Cup of Nations title three times, but he did not achieve the same success as a coach despite leading many teams, including Zamalek, Ismaily, Al-Masry, Al-Ittihad, and the Jordanian national team.
Hossam Hassan (57 years old) took over the responsibility of coaching the Egyptian national team after the dismissal of Portuguese Rui Vitoria due to his exit from the last African Cup of Nations in the round of sixteen without achieving any victory in 4 matches.
