Khartoum Governor promises Karary citizens free Internet service

Today, the Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Othman Hamza, received a gift from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to the citizens of Karari locality, consisting of Star Link Internet devices, delivered to him by the Deputy Director of the Defense Industries System, Major General Moatasem.

The governor stressed that the leader’s gift is of great value to the citizen who is suffering these days from the interruption of communications services, which has affected living conditions.

The governor added that the devices will be carefully distributed so that they cover the largest area in which the citizens are present.

The governor directed technicians to immediately begin installing the devices so that citizens can use Internet services.

Starting tomorrow, Monday

On the other hand, the governor of Khartoum discussed today with a group of engineers the restoration of electricity services to the areas of Bant, Al-Ardha, Abbasiya and Al-Muhandiseen.

The meeting heard the vision of the technical team responsible for the electricity connection work.

The meeting approved the proposals and it was agreed to present an integrated study to restore electricity as quickly as possible after the advance of the armed forces and the liberation of the aforementioned neighborhoods from rapid support practices.
