New transmitter to reduce power and programming outages

The Minister of Energy and Oil, Dr. Mohieddin Naeem Muhammad Saeed, directed that the problems facing the Atbara Conversion Power Station be addressed, during his tour (Tuesday) as part of his visit to the facilities and power stations in preparation for the summer and the month of Ramadan. He was accompanied by the General Director of the Sudan Electricity Holding Company and the Director of the Distribution Company. Electricity, and he discussed with the station director and workers the problems and obstacles, directed them to solve them, and assured the rapid emergency program to solve the work obstacles in the station in light of the work to implement the development program of the post-war plan, reassuring the citizens of the Red Sea and the Nile River that the ministry is working to stabilize the current during the coming summer.
“We have taken stock of the overall conditions and preparations for the coming summer, and he appealed to citizens to rationalize and avoid random connections because it affects the transformers, which leads to repeated malfunctions and thus outages.” Said the General Director of the Sudan Electricity Holding Company, Abdullah Ahmed Muhammad Ali.
Engineer Abdullah Habibullah, director of the Atbara Transformative Power Station, said that the station will supply the Merowe Dam, stressing that obstacles will be removed during this visit by the senior management and the ministry and the introduction of a new transformer to solve the problem of the old transformer, which helps in reducing outages and programming.
