The former commander of the Sudanese Navy, Lt.Gen.Fatah al-Rahman Muhy AlDin , claimed that he saw conditions that called for a specific group of entry, “the departure of the Rapid Support Forces RSF from citizens homes, especially since the invasion was the basis of humanitarian health in Sudan,” and called for the Security Council to decide It is not binding on Sudan because it does not come under Chapter Seven.
In May, Muhy Al Fin told Al Jazeera Net that “there is no truce without the conditions that the President of the Sovereignty Council TSC said , and detailed by the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.”
He pointed out that the truce “is not within the interest of the SAF , especially since the suffering is at its weakest, and that all the truces are military cases in which the Rapid Support RSF Militia used them through rearmament and mobilization, and their commanders admitted this, that helped us in the media,” as he put it.
He added, “The Rapid Support RSF Command lost control of its forces and began fighting later, as happened recently in Gezira state and therefore it is not able to withdraw its members from their homes.”
