East Gedaref Criminal Court, that is competent to listen on cases of violations by the Rapid Support RSF militia and their supporters and assistants, issued a death sentence by hanging until death as a punishment against the accused (A, A, A), to convict him under Article (51) of the Criminal Code of 1991, which relates to provoking war against the state. .
In addition to his conviction under Article (65) of the same law relating to his participation with the Rapid Support RSF rebel group that commits crimes inside Sudan, he was imprisoned for a period of 10 years.
It is noteworthy that the convict was arrested on December 14, 2023 at the Gedaref Passport Center by the Military Intelligence Team of the Second Infantry Division.
After the intelligence interrogation and examination of the mobile phone, a picture of him wearing a camouflage and carrying a rifle was found on the phone.
Many pictures and correspondence with many women were found on the phone, confirming to them that he is a propagandist who has been in the mountain (Jabal Awliya) since November 2023, and he admitted this before the court.
