Sudan and Iran exchange the Naming of Ambassadors

The Sudanese government officially approved the Iranian ambassador to Sudan as the first ambassador after the severing of relations between the two countries in 2016.
According to Al-Sharq Agency, Sudan nominated Abdulaziz Hassan Saleh for the position of Khartoum’s ambassador to Tehran.
The Sudanese and Iranian sides agreed to reopen the two embassies after completing logistical arrangements.
