Delegation from Geneva meets with Foreign Secretary to discuss Rapid Support Crimes

A delegation from the International Organization for Migration coming from Geneva, headed by the Director of the Organization’s Emergency Department and membership of the Directors of the Organization’s offices in Cairo and Nairobi, met with Ambassador Dafallah Al-Haj Ali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in his office today.
The massive atrocities committed by the rebel Rapid Support militia prompted the organization to examine ways to enhance and coordinate the assistance it provides to the displaced and those affected by the war in different regions of Sudan.
At the meeting, which was attended by Ambassador Mohamed Saeed Hassan, Director of the Department of Peace and Humanitarian Affairs, the Undersecretary praised the constructive relationship between Sudan and the organization, expressing thanks and appreciation for the support it provides to citizens affected by the current crisis, while the director of the organization’s emergency department promised coordination by the organization with all Sudanese parties. competent to help it provide the necessary assistance to those affected.
