Russia begins exporting diesel to Sudan

Sudan Events – Agencies

Data from the London Stock Exchange Group showed that Russia has begun exporting diesel fuel to Sudan at a time when Moscow is seeking to open new markets for its refined oil products after a ban imposed by the European Union.
Since the European Union’s complete ban on imports of Russian petroleum products in February 2023, diesel supplies have been diverted to Brazil, Turkey and countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East as well as ship-to-ship loading operations, according to CNBC.
