Member of the Transitional Sovereign Council and Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Marine Engineer Ibrahim Jaber, has met (Tuesday) with the Acting Minister of Industry Mahasen Ali Yaqoub.
The Acting Minister of Industry explained in a press statement that the meeting discussed arrangements for holding an industry conference early next May and the topics covered in the papers that will be discussed at the conference related to addressing the challenges that hinder the development of industry in the country and ways to confront them by providing non-typical features for the industry at this sensitive stage and rehabilitating the factories that were destroyed by war on modern scientific foundations.
She said that the conference will be a bright beginning for the industries that will be established in the states and an opportunity for investors to learn about investment opportunities and policies for the next stage.
