The Governor of Sennar State, Tawfiq Mohammad Ali Abdullah, announced the provision of all assistance to the state government to complete geological survey operations in coordination with the Ministry of Minerals and the General Authority for Geological Research. The meeting discussed mechanisms for extracting the minerals that the state abounds with.
For his part, the governor of Sennar State, Tawfiq Mohammad Ali, revealed in press statements after the meeting that Sennar State is one of the states rich in minerals, especially in the western mountains and the Jabal Muya region, stressing the state’s readiness to cooperate with the company on mining issues to support the economy and add other resources to Sennar State, and heralded the beginning of work in the mining sector soon.
