Jibril Reveals Approval of Partnership Law with Private Sector
Sudan vents – Follow-ups
The Minister of Finance, Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, hasrevealed the approval of the law on partnership between the public and private sectors and a partnership with foreign investment in Sudan, in order to advance the country at this critical stage.
He called on all exporters to export ready-made products instead of exporting them raw to obtain added value and provide high quality and efficiency of products to compete in global markets.
When addressing the Sudanese Industries Development Conference, which was held (Thursday) in Port Sudan, he said that focusing all industrial services in Khartoum State was a big mistake that cost the country a heavy price after the outbreak of war and the Rapid Support Militia’s sabotage of the factory infrastructure and theft of raw materials, stressing that the government seeks to produce and manufacture Agricultural resources locally and export them instead of importing them, especially since Sudan is considered one of the large agricultural countries.
He extended an invitation to the owners of chambers of commerce to communicate with the state and solve all the problems they face.
He stressed his ministry’s commitment to supporting and implementing the conference’s outcomes and recommendations.
