Khartoum State has begun operating institutions of a productive, training nature in preparation for the launch of reconstruction steps, which requires the presence of skilled workers
On Tuesday, the Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Osman Hamza, visited the Bakri Vocational Training Center
The governor directed the center’s administration to open registration for short courses to provide the opportunity for young people to join the center, especially since the center includes seven specializations: general electricity, leather industries, blacksmithing, carpentry, buildings, painting and decoration, and entrepreneurship.
The governor called on the Investment Administration to activate the law of partnership with the private sector and apply it in this center
It should be noted that the vocational training center is considered one of the fruits of cooperation between Khartoum State and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and it is one of four centers distributed throughout which have great capabilities for each specialty and many batches have graduated, in addition to the presence of a Turkish center for training trainers that supplies these centers with qualified trainers. .
