The Croatian Football Federation announced that Luka Modric won the Best Croatian Professional Player Award for the 12th time in its history, in one of the happy surprises for the Real Madrid star at the end of the season, and before the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund.
Florentino Perez, president of Real Madrid, has decided once and for all on the future of Croatian star Luka Modric with the club, and his contract with the team is scheduled to expire next June. He decided to renew Modric’s contract for an additional season.
