Moroccan coach Walid Regragui, the head coach of the Moroccan national team, announced the Lions’ list to play the matches against Zambia and Congo in the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Moroccan national team will play two matches against Zambia and the Republic of the Congo in the third and fourth rounds, on June 7 and 11, respectively. The Moroccan list witnessed the return of Lions captain Romain Saiss, as well as Noussair Mazraoui, the German player for Bayern Munich, after their absence from the camp last March, and also the presence of Mohamed El Chebbi, the Pyramids player, the Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech, and two new players from the Moroccan Olympic team, Oussama Turjalin.
