The Registrar of Labor Organizations at the Sudanese Ministry of Justice, General Counsel Amna Al-Sadiq, directed, in implementation of Court Resolution 197 of 2022, to abolish the management committees formed by Resolution 3 of 2019 and the decisions of October 25, 2021, and to preserve the funds and property of labor organizations in Sudan in their various categories, especially in light of the stage and to enable them to maintain Its assets and funds, if any, were directed, in accordance with a written directive obtained by (the events), every assistant registered in the state concerned to address the state agencies or those formed by the decisions of October 25 and others, not to deal with the management committees named by the dismantling committee whose decisions were cancelled, and I was directed to list the management committees that are still It will operate after the issuance of Resolution 197/2022 and the Registrar’s notification of it and the recovery of the property and funds of labor organizations by the assistant registrar in the state by the means he determines and addressing the parties that hold the funds of the organizations and have a debt on them by depositing them in the organization’s credit account and informing the Registrar General of the legal review approved by them in the state, verifying their information there and their addresses. The labor organizations located within the state or locality in question asked the assistant registrar for documents related to his organization, making files if lost, and inventorying the property of movable and fixed assets.
