The clashes between the joint force affiliated with the armed movements and the Rapid Support RSF Militia continued at a more violent pace in large areas in the desert of North Darfur State, where the battles were concentrated around the “Al-Zaria” desert, which is one of the largest Rapid Support bases in the Darfur region.
A joint force official said, according to “Sudan Tribune”, that their forces stationed in the desert were able to inflict a severe defeat on the Rapid Support Forces RSF in the “Ambar” Valley area affiliated with the Ambar locality in North Darfur State.
He pointed out that the joint force is still pursuing groups affiliated with the Rapid Support RSF Militia, accusing the Rapid Support RSF elements of burning a number of villages located around the “Al-Zaria” desert.
