Oil: Approaching the return of pumping oil from the S.South

Minister of Energy and Oil, Dr. Muhiuddin Naiem Mohamed Saeed, announced approaching completion of work to resume pumping oil from the State of South Sudan.
This came while inspecting visit on Wednesday to the fifth pumping station from Jebel Umm Ali in River Nile state, affirming that the work has reached about 80% so far, appreciating the efforts of the workers at Bashayer Pipelines Company “Bapco” who continue to work day and night until the dawn of Eid in order to accelerate the pace of addressing the pumping stoppage to avoid economic and technical losses for the country and South Sudan.
The Minister inspected the station’s baloufa and reviewed the alternative plans.
For his part, Eng. Ibrahim Adam, General Manager of Bashayer Pipelines Company “Bapco”, affirmed that the work is proceeding according to the plans drawn up by the company, indicating that the company’s workers continue to work without stopping even during Eid holiday, affirming that their Eid is in the fields of work and the effort has been crowned with success and soon the good news will be brought to Sudan and South Sudan with the return of pumping.
