UAE Changes its Plan regarding Military Supplies to the Militia

Sudan Events – Agencies

The UAE resorted to changing its plan regarding the delivery of arms shipments and military supplies to the Rapid Support RSF Militia.
According to reliable sources and information available to “Al-Sa’a 24 News”, the UAE changed the route of the planes carrying supplies to the militia from the Chadian Umm Jaras Airport to the “Bosaso” Airport located in the Somali Puntland region, from which the shipments pass to Addis Ababa Airport in Ethiopia.
According to the sources, the UAE fears that the SAF aviation will pursue the shipments coming from Chad and destroy them, similar to what happened to a number of arms shipments, given that the plan to deliver weapons and supplies via the Chadian Umm Jaras Airport has become exposed to everyone because many international media outlets and international organizations have spoken about it.
In the context, Africa Confo said in its periodic bulletin that its local sources reported that “Berbera” is part of the UAE’s logistical supply chain to support the Rapid Support RSF Militia, adding, “Despite the UAE’s strong denial of its support for Hemeti, the evidence of an air bridge to eastern Chad is significant, although Berbera’s role has not been previously mentioned.”
