An eyewitness said that elements of the Rapid Support Forces RSF militia raided the villages of “Qoz al-Reheid and al-Sedira al-Maghariba” – 40 km north of Al-Managil – the interim capital of Gezira state.
The eyewitness reported, according to “Sudan Tribune”, that the village of Qoz al-Reheid witnessed an almost complete displacement of its residents after the looting of property and crops, and Rapid Support Forces RSF elements spread out amid fears that it would become a starting point for raiding nearby villages.
The eyewitness reported that the majority of the residents of al-Sedira al-Maghariba were displaced.
