Militia Liquidates Civilians on ethnic Grounds in North Darfur

Sudan Events – Agencies

Volunteers accused the Rapid Support RSF Militia of involvement in killing a number of citizens on ethnic grounds in the Al-Thawra and Al-Salam neighborhoods south of Al-Fasher in North Darfur state, after its forces penetrated these neighborhoods on Saturday before they were removed.
Mustafa Ahmed, a volunteer in Al-Fasher city, told “Sudan Tribune” that at least three civilians were liquidated inside their homes in Al-Thawra and Al-Salam neighborhoods by the Rapid Support RSF Militia, claiming that they were ethnically affiliated with the groups fighting within the joint force, while others were killed on the streets while fleeing the clashes.
Doctors at the Saudi Hospital said that the facility received a large number of wounded civilians who were shot during the clashes between the SAF and the militia, and they launched a distress call for the need to donate blood in light of its complete absence in the hospital, which suffers from a severe shortage of bandages and intravenous solutions.
