US Official: Militia Destroyed ‘Al-Dayat’ Hospital

USAID Director Samantha Power confirmed that the Rapid Support Forces militia destroyed Omdurman Maternity Hospital (“Al-Dayat”) twice, the first time at the beginning of the war, and the second after it was reopened and rehabilitated on August 9th, by bombing the hospital again, cutting off access to those in need.

She stated that this is why the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces militia must go to negotiate in the Switzerland talks to stop the war.
