Monitor: Clashes Among Militia Members in Al-Jazira Over Looted Goods

The Um Qurra Locality Monitor, east of Al-Jazira State on the border with the Faw area in Gedaref State, announced that the Military Police of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, which has deployed in the locality’s villages and main market to protect civilians from violations, has taken military action against rogue elements and thieves within its ranks. At the same time, it imposed financial fees on traders and citizens under the guise of protection.

The monitor reported that the village of Tayba witnessed internal clashes among RSF members over looted goods, while forces from the village of “Babnusa” arrived and looted the village of “Masarha” entirely, leaving nothing behind.
