The Chairman of the Sovereignty Council, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, will head to Juba, South Sudan’s capital, on Monday, coinciding with the expected arrival of Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki. A trilateral summit will be held between Al-Burhan, Afwerki, and Salva Kiir to discuss various issues, including the peace agreement between the southern factions.
