Agricultural Project in Kassala Resumes Production

Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Abubakr Al-Bushra, expressed his satisfaction with the resumption of production at the Al-Uqla agricultural project. During his inspection tour of the summer agricultural season in Kassala State, which included visits to the Kallhaut and Al-Uqla projects, he praised the efforts made to bring the project back into production, noting the high productivity achieved at Kallhaut. The local farmers expressed their desire for further technical and advisory support.

The state’s production minister, Dr. Khidr Ramadan, lauded the visit and acknowledged the cooperation with various organizations that contributed significant support to the season. He affirmed the ministry’s commitment to rehabilitating projects and expanding the cultivated area.
