Activists in North Darfur reported several deaths and injuries due to continued artillery shelling by the RSF militia on areas in Al-Fashir.
Al-Fashir witnessed clashes between the army and the RSF on the eastern and southern fronts of the city. The Resistance Committees Coordination in Al-Fashir confirmed intense shelling on the Abu Shouk displaced persons camp.
They noted that more than eight martyrs and ten wounded fell in the camp on Sunday as a result of artillery fire from the northern side. On Sunday, the committees reported violent artillery shelling by the Janjaweed militias towards the camp.
