Red Sea State Governor Mustafa Mohamed Nour said on Thursday that the foreign invasion through the Rapid Support Forces militia has “completely failed to achieve its goals.”
He praised the significant role played by the armed forces, other regular forces, and volunteers in repelling the aggression against the country.
During his address at the Forum of Directors, Deans, and Higher Education Institutions, held in Port Sudan, the governor acknowledged the substantial impact the war has had on higher education institutions.
