The “Om Al-Qura” monitor, which observes violations and field developments east of Al-Jazeera and south of Al-Faw in Gedaref state, denied reports claiming that the armed forces had withdrawn from the villages they recently took control of.
The monitor reported that recent airstrikes by the armed forces killed several field commanders of the RSF in the Al-Faw and east Al-Jazeera axes, as well as eliminating a number of collaborators.
The monitor announced the death of the militia’s field commander in the region, Mohamed Adam Batal, following an attack by the armed forces. It also confirmed that the army had destroyed several weapon storage facilities belonging to the RSF.
