Hezbollah announces downing of an Israeli drone

Lebanon’s Hezbollah announced that it shot down an Israeli drone on Sunday without specifying the location, after the Lebanese National News Agency reported that several Israeli airstrikes targeted branches of the Hezbollah-affiliated “Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association” in Lebanon on the same evening.

Hezbollah stated: “The Islamic Resistance fighters in the Air Defense Unit shot down a Hermes 900 Israeli drone on Sunday evening, 20-10-2024.”
