On Sunday, the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, visited the citizens displaced from Eastern Gezira to the River Nile State, who had been subjected to violations and brutal attacks by the Al-Daqlo militia terrorist group.
He ensured the level of services provided to them, including shelter, food, and medical care, confirming the mobilization of all state resources to support these citizens and provide them with the best possible services to guarantee their safety and stability.
Lieutenant General Al-Burhan directed the Ministry of Social Development and the relevant institutions to provide all necessary measures to improve the conditions of the displaced people from Eastern Gezira and alleviate their suffering.
