Khartoum Water Authority: Coordination with Donors and Organizations to Secure Purification Materials

The Director-General of Khartoum State Water Authority, Engineer Consultant Mohamed Ali Al-Ajab, announced ongoing coordination with donors and water-related organizations to secure sufficient reserves of purification materials.
During a meeting of the Higher Emergency and Crisis Management Committee, chaired by Governor Ahmed Osman Hamza on Wednesday, Al-Ajab revealed that the authority expects to receive quantities of water sterilization materials in the coming days, sufficient for several months.
He emphasized the authority’s relentless efforts to secure purification and sterilization materials, which remain a daily priority. Furthermore, Al-Ajab noted plans to evaluate the Al-Hurayzab Water Station project and incorporate it into the authority’s strategic goals to supply the northern countryside with water.
