40 Dead in Israeli Strike on Gaza’s Jabalia Refugee Camp

Palestinian television channel Al-Aqsa reported Saturday that more than 40 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
The strike reportedly hit a six-story building sheltering dozens of displaced individuals. Earlier Saturday, the Palestinian Civil Defense reported that one of its officials was killed in attacks on Jabalia, raising the total number of its personnel killed since October 7, 2023, to 88.
The Gaza Health Ministry announced that the death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive has climbed to 44,382, with 105,142 people injured.
