Agricultural Bank: Strategic Reserves of Crops Provided for the Army and States

On Wednesday, Vice President of the Sovereign Council Malik Agar met with the Director General of the Agricultural Bank, Mohamed Adam Abdel Karim.

The director general of the Agricultural Bank, in a press statement, said the meeting discussed arrangements for financing the winter season and providing all necessary resources to ensure its success, as well as the bank’s preparations for the harvest operations of the summer agricultural season in several states. He added that arrangements are underway for purchasing sacks in preparation for harvest operations in various states.

He also mentioned that the meeting addressed the bank’s role in purchasing agricultural crops from farmers and noted that the bank has provided strategic reserves for several states and the armed forces.
