On Saturday, the Bank of Khartoum issued an important notice to customers using the “Bankak” app. The bank emphasized the need to update the application and activate “security questions,” in addition to entering an email address.
The bank stated that these measures aim to facilitate account recovery in case of a phone change or password reset, thereby enhancing the security and smoothness of banking transactions.
Additionally, the bank stressed the importance of following these updates to ensure account protection against potential security risks or technical issues customers may encounter.
