The Governor of the Blue Nile Region, Lieutenant General Ahmed Al-Omda Badi, issued a series of decisions to dismiss and appoint several officials.
The dismissals included: Omar Al-Shimi Al-Faki, Minister of Animal and Fisheries Resources; Abdelghani Daqeis Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Culture, Media, and Tourism; Major General Siddiq Al-Mansi Basil, Commissioner of Bau; along with Mirghani Abdelrasoul, the Governor’s Advisor for Mining; and Khadija Ahmed Ali, Director-General of the Investment and Industry Authority.
The new appointments included: Major General Siddiq Al-Mansi Basil as Minister of Animal and Fisheries Resources; Saif Al-Nasr Minallah Mahmoud as Chairman of the Supreme Council for Culture, Media, and Tourism; Abdelghani Daqeis Khalifa as Commissioner of Bau; Omar Al-Shimi Al-Faki as Advisor to the Governor for Mining; and Dr. Arafat Al-Sadiq Mohamed as Director-General of the Investment and Industry Authority.
