Kabashi: Army Determined to Liberate Every Inch of Sudanese Territory

Lt. Gen. Shams El-Din Kabashi, member of the Sovereignty Council and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, inspected the General Intelligence Service (GIS) troops at Sarqab camp on Monday.

Accompanying him was Lt. Gen. Malik Al-Tayeb Khogali, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations. They were received by Lt. Gen. Mohamed Abbas Al-Labeeb, Deputy Director of the GIS.

Kabashi praised the role of intelligence forces in the Battle of Dignity, paying tribute to the martyrs of the national battle. He highlighted the high morale of the troops and affirmed that the GIS operates in full harmony with the Armed Forces.

He also lauded the intelligence service’s contributions in both military and civilian support roles, reiterating that the armed forces remain resolute in liberating every inch of Sudanese territory. He emphasized the unified backing of all segments of Sudanese society in confronting rebellion and achieving peace and stability across the country.
