Crop Prices Rise at Gedaref Market

Agricultural commodity prices at the Gedaref exchange recorded a notable increase.

The price of a quintal of processed sesame rose to 175,000–183,000 SDG, while a sack of sorghum (feterita) sold for 165,000–173,000 SDG. The price of sorghum (aker) stood at 205,000–215,000 SDG per sack. Red millet sold at 220,000–230,000 SDG per sack, and white millet at 205,000–212,000 SDG.
