A joint team on Thursday recovered the remains of nine people from a “septic” well in Omdurman, where they had been executed and dumped by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
The joint team was composed of forensic medicine specialists and civil defense units in Omdurman locality.
The remains were retrieved from a well in the Abu Saad area of Omdurman, where the militia had disposed of the bodies after killing the victims.
