Fluctuations in Foreign Currency Rates

Foreign currency rates in the parallel market showed fluctuations on Sunday, with some currencies declining while others held onto recent gains.

Foreign exchange traders reported that the buying rate for the U.S. dollar remained at 3,665 pounds, while the selling rate stood at 3,750 pounds. The Saudi riyal’s buying rate was 998.63 pounds, with a selling rate of 1,000 pounds. The UAE dirham’s buying rate reached 980.92 pounds. The euro saw a slight decline, with its buying rate at 4,311.764 pounds, and the British pound fell to 4,952.702 pounds. The Egyptian pound’s buying rate dropped to 77.1091 pounds, while the Bahraini dinar remained steady at 9,644.73 pounds. The Qatari riyal experienced a minor decline, reaching 1,006.86 pounds. The Omani rial stood at 9,600 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar was recorded at 11,822.5 pounds.
