Al-Anan: Gum Arabic Exports to Europe Remain Steady

The Sudanese Gum Arabic Exporters Chamber confirmed that the Israeli-American war on Iran has not negatively affected Sudan’s gum arabic exports, noting that shipments to European markets continue to flow.

Chamber Chairman Ahmed Al-Anan said exports have not been fundamentally impacted, except for some delays in the arrival of vessels. However, he stressed that export activity to Europe remains steady.

Al-Anan added that this reflects the resilience of Sudan’s gum arabic sector in the face of regional disruptions and highlights its importance as one of the pillars of the Sudanese economy in global markets.
