Welt.de say Barcelona have been threatened with ‘exclusion’ from the Champions League
The German newspaper Welt am Sonntag reported that Barcelona faces the risk of being excluded from the Champions League.
The report claims that the Spanish League champions accused of violating the financial regulations of European Football Associations UEFA
