Economist Reveals Dollar’s Collapse Reasons

The economic expert, Dr. Awadallah Musa, attributed the fluctuation in the rate of exchange of the US dollar against the Sudanese pound to the fact that the banks are no longer updating prices as before. He also said the fact that exports stopped due to the war, and that economic activities became one direction: imports only for the basic commodities also contributed to this situation.,
He pointed out in a statement to the Sudan Events that due to the expansion of imports while at the same time exports are zero level, have contributed to the said situation.
