Gezira Health receives 900 dialysis conveyors from the expatriate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Ministry of Health in Gezira State received 900 dialysis conveyors provided by people of the state working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support dialysis centers.
The medical director of the Dialysis Centers Department, Dr. Al-Sadiq Al-Tijani said that his administration distributed conveyors directly to dialysis centres, which constitutes a real addition. He also confirmed the commitment of expatriate in the Kingdom to provide a second batch of conveyors.
A large number of renal failure patients from Khartoum took refuge in Gezira State after the outbreak of war between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support rebels.
The number of patients in all of Sudan is 8 thousand patients, as a number of them suffered from a decline in the number of hemodialysis machines.
