Memorandum of Understanding Between _Tadaa’i_ and Al-Managil for Benefit of Cancer Patients

Khartoum – Sudan Events

The Sudanese Society of Friends of Children with Cancer (Tadaa’i) and Al-Managil Diagnostic Centre for Chemodoses signed a memorandum of understanding to serve cancer patients in Sudan.

The two parties have agreed to cooperate in preparing and implementing specialized projects. Tadaa’i will undertake awareness campaigns on the dangers of the disease in partnership with the centre, as well as help in finding channels to provide chemical doses and auxiliary medicines in cases of scarcity for all age groups.

The centre receives large numbers of infections, estimated at 50 cases per day, especially since the outbreak of war between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Militia in mid-April.

Tadaa’i was established in 2007 to provide health and social care for children with cancer.
