Amnesty International finds ‘strong evidence’ of Israeli war crimes
Sudan Events – Sumaya Sayed
Amnesty International said an investigation that it conducted via interviews with witnesses, satellite imagery and verified photos and videos found “strong evidence” of war crimes it alleges were perpetrated by Israel in Gaza this month.
The organization said that in five specific instances that it detailed, “Israeli attacks violated international humanitarian law, failing to take feasible precautions to spare civilians, or by carrying out indiscriminate attacks that it failed to distinguish between civilians and military objectives, or by carrying out attacks that may have been directed against civilian objects.”
