Al-Ittihad Jeddah Allocates €240 million to include Lautaro Martinez to Participate Benzema

Press reports revealed that the Saudi Jeddah Club is planning to strengthen the team with heavy-caliber deals in the upcoming winter transfer period in January, after the team’s performance and results declined in the current season.

Al-Ittihad is looking for a coach to replace Portuguese Nuno Santo, who left his position after losing to the Iraqi Air Force in the AFC Champions League.

The Spanish newspaper “Sport” confirmed that the federation is strongly considered including Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez, the Italian Inter Milan player, next January.

The newspaper added that the federation does not mind spending approximately €240 million to complete the deal to sign the Argentine player to play alongside Karim Benzema in the team’s attacking line in the second half of the current season.
