Discovering opportunities to explore more oil in Sudan

 The former Minister of Petroleum in Sudan, Engineer Consultant Ishaq Bashir Jamaa, revealed that there was still an opportunity to explore more oil in northern Sudan.

He revealed in an interview with (Sudan Events) that there are sites from blocks 8 to 24 and that it is possible to produce up to one million barrels, and anticipated that Sudan could convince  the Chinese to explore, and recover their debt, pointing out that the amount of debt was not large, noting that China had also gained huge profits from previous operations.

Isaac affirmed that the possibility of China entering into financing and recovering the debts, depends  on the ability of the Minister of Finance and his assistants to negotiate efficiently.
