The FIB Intends to Enter into Investments in Gedaref State

The Director General of the Financial Investment Bank stressed the need to benefit from the structural components of the state economy through projects that are compatible with the nature of the area in question.
During his meeting (Wednesday) on the sidelines of the opening of the crop auction, the Director General of the Ministry of Finance and Manpower in Gedaref State, Najat Ahmed Muhammad-in the presence of Al-Hemim Al-Hadi Al-Hajj, DirectorFinancial Investment Bank in Gedaref – The bank’s desire to enter into a number of projects in the state.
Najat stressed that the state government welcomes investments in major economic projects that have an economic impact and contribute in making qualitative changes to the economic structure that depends on agricultural activity, both plant and animal.
Najat said that the state government is counting on investments in the field of manufacturing industries to achieve value to agricultural and animal production in the state, in addition to the areas of modern storage , transit and foreign trade through the Qalabat Free Zone.
Najat pointed to the efforts of the state government in constructing projects that support the economic process, such as the construction of Al-Gadarif Airport in the Al-Azaza area and the modern slaughterhouse, in addition to offering the crop market exchange project for investment, indicating that the past period witnessed the entry of a number of companies to establish manufacturing industries in the food and export fields that will achieve added value for each sector.
