Laporta decides Xavi’s future with Barcelona

Barcelona president Juan Laporta clarified the future of Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez, amid rumors about his departure in the coming period.

Barcelona are third in the Spanish league standings, with 30 points.

Juan Laporta said in remarks quoted by the network “Cadena Copé”: “We stand completely with Xavi and proud to have him with us.”

Laporta added: “We are in a good position in the Champions League and LaLiga, we have full confidence in Xavi and we are proud to have him with us, at the moment it is very important that we are together, now all the injured will return and Xavi will have all the names available.
